Snehal Talati, is an agile enthusiast, agile coach, and team motivator who is passionate about raising agile awareness, and coaching teams and organizations to increase business agility. His unique background in Bioinformatics, Agile Coaching, Software Engineering, and Data Analytics gives him the content knowledge to apply lean-agile principles and values to any challenging environment. His passion is to bring teams and leadership together to deliver high-quality products and services across the globe.
Currently, he is working with a commercial banking firm, helping them shift the mindset to focus on lean and agile principles. Snehal is also the founder of Agile Millennials, a group that is focused on bridging the generation gap through Agile practices and principles. In addition to Agile Millennials, Snehal helps by giving his knowledge back as a Co-Organizer of ScrumRVA (Scrum Alliance Local User Group), as well as dedicating his time to help others start their Agile Journey.
